Artwork integrated into a stone wall within a public park in North Vancouver provides the water source for the park’s reflecting pools and streams. WaterMark illustrates ideas about the interplay of time and water with natural and manmade elements both found in, and inspired by, their local context. Water movement through the work is affected by rainwater run-off and by direct interaction with the piece by way of artist designed sluice gate handles.
Location: Jack Loucks Park, North Vancouver BC
