Jill was part of a multidisciplinary consultant team hired to create a vision and design for the public realm of an 80 acre parcel of land to be developed into a vibrant sustainable neighbourhood as part of Toronto’s ambitious waterfront revitalization. The art strategy identifies thought provoking themes rooted within the unique context of the site in order to help create a distinct and powerful identity for the new community as it transforms over time. The art budget is $9.8 million.
