Jill collaborated with Via Partnership Public Art Consultants and Todd Bressi, Urban Planner to create a Master Plan for Public Art to be integrated into Calgary’s transportation infrastructure. The art plan explores overlapping movement systems as an inspiration for artworks that will physically and experientially tie the City together. The art budget is approximately $10 million.
